Terms of Service

By accessing getleadalchemy.com (the “Site”), submitting our forms, calling our AI demo line at (305) 570-4158, or engaging Lead Alchemy LLC (“Lead Alchemy,” “we,” “our”) for any Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

Lead Alchemy provides AI-powered services including but not limited to:

• AI voice agents for lead generation and appointment setting (Leads2Booked).
• AI recruiting and candidate outreach.
• AI content creation and multi-platform scheduling.
• AI agents for operations, reporting, and team assistance.
• Strategy consulting, setup, configuration, and ongoing support.

Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for each engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or proposal).

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you represent. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to send spam, harass, or contact recipients who have opted out.
• Use the Services in violation of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, or any applicable telecommunications, privacy, or marketing laws.
• Upload contact lists you do not own or do not have legal consent to contact.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our prompts, voice models, or underlying systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or Services.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this section, with or without notice.

Service fees are stated in your separate written agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

• Monthly Services are billed in advance and recur monthly.
• Setup fees are one-time, paid before work begins, and non-refundable once work has started.
• Pass-through usage fees (SMS, voice minutes, email, etc.) are billed at cost from the underlying provider, plus any stated platform fee.
• You may cancel monthly Services at any time with at least seven (7) days' written notice before the next billing cycle.

Calling (305) 570-4158 connects you to a demonstration AI voice agent. Calls are recorded for product quality, training, and demonstration purposes. By calling, you consent to recording. Demo content is illustrative; it is not a binding offer or guarantee of outcomes for any specific business.

All Site content, brand assets, prompts, voice profiles, and workflows we create are owned by Lead Alchemy unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain full ownership of your own data, contact lists, and brand materials. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for your own business while the Services are active and paid.

Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during an engagement (pricing, customer lists, scripts, recordings, etc.) confidential and to use it only for the purpose of providing or receiving the Services.

We work hard and we've seen great results — but no marketing, lead-gen, or AI service can guarantee a specific number of bookings, hires, sales, or revenue. Results depend on your offer, market, lead quality, budget, and many other factors outside our control. By engaging us, you acknowledge this.

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Alchemy and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunity — arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Alchemy LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party rights, or (c) any contact lists or content you provided to us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
