When you submit our demo form or contact us, we collect:

• Your name, business email, and phone number.
• Any optional information you choose to share (company, service interest, message).
• Anonymized analytics data (page views, device type, referrer).

When you call our AI demo line at (305) 570-4158, the call is recorded for product quality and demonstration purposes. By calling, you consent to that recording.

• To reach you about a live AI demo or scheduled strategy call.
• To trigger an outbound AI demo call from our number to yours (only if you submit the demo form).
• To respond to your questions and provide the Services.
• To improve our Services and develop new features (using aggregated, anonymized data only).
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not run drip sequences without your explicit consent.

By providing your phone number on the Site, you expressly consent to receive a single AI demo call and follow-up SMS or phone messages from Lead Alchemy LLC at the number provided, including via automated technology (autodialer / pre-recorded / AI voice). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.

To opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text from us, or email hello@leadalchemyhq.com. For help, reply HELP or email us. We honor opt- out requests within 10 business days.

We share the minimum information required with the following service providers, all under written data-processing terms:

• Resend — to deliver form-submission emails to our team.
• Retell AI — to power the AI voice demo and outbound demo calls.
• Render — hosting and infrastructure.
• Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection.
• Cal.com / Google Calendar — to schedule strategy calls when requested.

The Site uses essential cookies only (session, security, and load-balancing). We do not run advertising trackers or cross-site profiling cookies. If we ever add analytics (e.g., Plausible, Google Analytics), we will update this page and disclose what is collected.

We retain submission data for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations (typically 24 months from last contact), or until you ask us to delete it.

Depending on where you live (California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or the EU/UK), you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Request a copy, correction, or deletion.
